Daily Dosage:
- Adults: Take 1 to 2 tablespoons daily
 - Children (fruit-flavored gels): 1 teaspoon daily
 - 
Always use a clean, dry spoon –
Double dipping will introduce bacteria to your Sea Moss Gel, reducing its lifespan 
How to Use:
- Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach
 - Can also be added to smoothies, teas, or juices
 - Drink plenty of spring water daily for best results
 - Daily consistency is key to experiencing full benefits
 
Shelf Life & Storage:
- Refrigerate immediately upon receipt or after removing from the deep freezer
 - Gel lasts 2 to 3 weeks in the fridge
 - Store at the back of the fridge, where it's coldest (not in the door)
 - Unused jars can be stored in the deep freezer for longer shelf life
 - Do not refreeze after refrigeration – consume as directed
 - Ensure your fridge is set to level 3 or higher for proper preservation
 
Please Do Not:
- Store for later use once opened – consume regularly
 - Leave the gel out of refrigeration
 - Use wet or used utensils
 
Caution – Who Should Avoid Sea Moss or Use with Care:
- Those with thyroid conditions (due to its high natural iodine content)
 - Individuals on iodine-restricted diets or blood thinners
 - Pregnant or breastfeeding women – Original Gold is recommended, however always consult with your doctor
 - Children under 5 – use in small amounts under supervision
 - If you’re on medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use
 
Possible Side Effects (Rare but Possible):
- Allergic reactions such as swollen throat or itchiness – It's important to drink plenty of spring water
 - Overconsumption may lead to excess iodine, affecting thyroid health, thus stick to recommended dosage
